  • About Iceland

The land of Ice and fire is the perfect travel destination for nature lovers.
You will be overwhelmed with an amazing mosaic of Volcanos and Glaciers, Fiords, Lava and Geothermal Fields, Geysers, Lava Tubes and Ice Caves, Falls, Falls and more Falls.
While traveling throughout the island, you will enjoy Whales watching, puffins and seals, and riding the unique Islandic Horse. And to relax spend few hours in one of many Geothermic hot spring’ pools enjoying the contrast of the warm pool’s water and the cool environment.

If its shopping, museums, and small coffee shop in a nice piazza is what you fancy in your coming vacation, or maybe culture life combined with nice beaches, than Iceland is not your first choice. Otherwise, alone, with a friends or with your family and children this will be a trip to remember and talk about. Like my child said the other day, few years after our trip to Iceland (he was eight than), an amazing “Hell” he wants to go back to.

While traveling Iceland you can combine a relaxed nature sightseeing, with outdoor active experiences including hiking, caving, horse riding, snowmobile trips, and more.

Iceland is obviously at its best in spring and summer, from from June through to August, when the temperatures are great, and the Midnight sun offers extended daylight hours for exploration. On the other hand, the colder months between late September and early April presents different “white” landscapes and the possibility to watch the overwhelming ‘Aurora Borealis’, the Northern Lights.

Iceland numerous attractions’ clusters will be presented to enable planning of a great trip based on your preferences and available vacation time. Iceland is a ‘round’ island in the North Sea between Norway and Greenland, circled by a Ring Road (Route #1). Driving, or taking a guided tour, Route #1 enables you to cover the island and its major attractions, with some detours, in a round trip.
