• Koh Phi Phi Islands Cruise

The Phi Phi Islands, 45 km east of Phuket, became famous with the year 2000 film “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio, filmed in the islands Maya Bay.
The Phi Phi archipelago consists of two main islands.
The inhabited Koh Phi Phi Don is home to Tonsai Village, the tourist center and resort including modern facilities and various accommodation options, restaurants, and great nightlife. The uninhabited Koh Phi Phi Leh is part of the national marine park, home to Maya Bay, the stunning Pileh Bay lagoon, Viking Cave, and Monkey Beach.
The island’s setting is extraordinary with the towering limestone karst formations rising vertically from turquoise waters, covered with vegetation and jungle, and with narrow beaches tucked between the rock formations. The islands’ excellent water clarity supports coral reefs and abundant marine life that make Phi Phi islands one of Thailand’s premier snorkeling and diving destinations.
Koh Phi Phi is accessible as a day trip from Phuket and from Krabi’s Ao Nang or Railay’s West or East Beaches. The travel distance and the numerous attractions suggest that a day is not enough for the island’s visit. Overnight stay is recommended, allowing relaxed exploration, hiking to viewpoints, longer diving or snorkeling, and enjoying the island’s notorious nightlife.
Note Koh Phi Phi Don and Koh Phi Phi Leh for a complete description of the islands.
