  • Walk through the historic center attractions, enjoying the architecture, the fountains, the markets and the Pizza and Ice Cream shops, while absorbing the great Italian vibes. Start at Piazza del Popolo or the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna, and continue south to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Campo di Fiori market, and to Piazza Navona. Or the other way around starting in Piazza Navona.
Near the Trevi Fountain visit the museum and beautiful art galleries of Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Antica, Galleria Doria Pamphili, and the Museo Nazionale Romano. Also in this area the highly recommended and very interesting (and somehow creepi) Capuchin Crypt.
Once in the Piazza di Spagna area, window shop some of the best shopping streets in Rome, Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti, and more. This enjoyable 5 km walk would probably take 4-5 hours.
