• Warwick Castle

An impressive well preserved Medieval castle, one of England’s finest, in Warwick on the River Avon, 150 km northwest of London.
The castle was originally built by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, and in the 17th century It was granted to the earl of Warwick family to be used as their home.

In your visit explore towers and fortifications and enjoy the 17th – 18th century impressive Great Hall and state rooms, the Gate House and Chapel. All are beautifully decorated with displays of the Earls’ famous weapons and armor collection, and magnificent collection of period furniture, porcelain, sculptures, and paintings.

Outdoor you will enjoy the various gardens including the peacock and Rose gardens, Observatory, vast parkland, and the Island on the river Avon where you will be amazed with the impressive full scale Trebuchet siege machine in action.

Throughout the year and especially in the summer, kids and their parents will enjoy numerous shows and attractions including the jousting tournament, archery, falconry and combat, Trebuchet launching a fireball, a maze, and the Castle Dungeon.
