This 17th century complex includes Villa Reale, the Palazzina dell’Orologio, the Villa del Vescovo, and the magnificent garden park with its 17th century geometry. The villa is located 9 km north of Lucca, in Capannori, and it once was the home of Elisa Baciocchi, Napoleon’s sister and ruler of Tuscany. In the park do not miss the Camellia flowers beds, the water theatre with the small lake, fountains and waterfalls, and the Lemon Garden with 200 vases of citrus plants. Strolling in the magnificent garden enjoy the Green Theatre, the Art Deco Spanish Garden, and the Grotto di Pan sculptures.
