• The Treasurer’s House

The 15th century home of the Minster’s Treasurer behind York Minster, with the oldest parts of the house dated to the 11th century. The house was restored in the 20th century, with each room set in a different time period and filled with period artworks and furnishings including Medieval and Georgian items.  The house is also known to be haunted by Roman and other ghosts. Enjoy also the peaceful and beautiful house gardens.
