Considered the best folk open air museum in the Netherlands, located in Arnhem 100 km southeast of Amsterdam. The museum is home to numerous antiques, traditional houses, windmills, old farmhouses, and factories.

The park buildings were all collected from various parts of the Netherlands presenting the country’s history from the Middle Ages through to present days. Learn about typical Dutch trades and crafts, rural culture, period customs and jewelry and heritage Trams.

Enjoy the village square, the four Laborers’ Houses offering displays of Dutch home designs and lifestyle from 1870 through to 1970, and the HollandRama panorama theatre. While visiting The Netherlands Open Air Museum consider visiting the nearby Royal Burgers’ Zoo.
