• The National Gardens and the Zappeion Park

It’s a large green park in Athens’ center between the Parliament and the Zappeion buildings. In the garden more than 50,000 trees, 500 different species of plants, pools, ancient ruins, and various monuments and statues scattered around. Also in the park, the Botanical Museum, a small zoo, a playground, and a children’s library.
