A new addition to the museum island, located within the Berlin Palace building opposite the Lustgarten park, it includes Germany’s largest collections of non-European artworks, the Berlin Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art. There are more than 400,000 artifacts in the museum collections including numerous Asian artworks from China, Japan, and Korea, dated to 3000 BC through to present days.
