• St. Stephen’s Cathedral of Vienna

Stephansdom is the 14th century Romanesque and Gothic Vienna Cathedral in Stephansplatz, Vienna, with its high south and north towers being the symbol of the city. Admire the multicolored tile roof covered with glazed tiles, the 14th century catacombs, and the artifacts and Christian relics rich Cathedral Treasury. Climb the 136 meters high south tower or take a lift in the north tower to the viewing platforms offering great views of the city.
Inside the cathedral admire the High Marble Alter framed by figures of patron saints and the 15th century Wiener Neustadt Altar with its painted panels. Explore the crypts and tombs including those of Prince Eugene of Savoy and Frederick III the Holy Roman Emperor, and take a tour in the underground catacombs where more than 10,000 people were buried.
