• St. Peter’s Square

A large piazza in the Vatican City infront of St. Peter’s Basilica, designed by Bernini in the 17th century. In the square an Egyptian obelisk, 26 meters high, positioned in the 16th century, A Maderno granite fountain, and a massive and long 284 Doric columns lines (four columns deep) surrounding the square with 140 saint statues on top of the columns.
