A vast archaeological site of the old Roman harbor town located in the mouth of the Tiber River, few km from the coast and 30 km west of Rome. The city that flourished between the 7th century BC to the 2nd century AD is one of the best-preserved Roman cities in Italy. Explore the site for a few hours and admire the Marcus Agripa theatre, many houses, taverns, inns, shops, and public baths all with vast wealth of mosaics. Also in the site a Jewish synagogue, a Christian Basilica and numerous temples of the Persian god Mithra.
