The Lochaber Park spreads between Glencoe in the south and south of Fort Augustus in the north, and from Loch Laggan in the east to the charming small Isles of Eigg, Muck, Rum and Canna, and their stunning sandy beaches in the west.

Lochaber Geopark Hub, a visitor center providing information on the Lochaber Region and Park, the adjacent Glen Roy valley, and the famous” parallel roads”. The center is in the village of Roy Bridge on the A86, 34 km northeast of Fort William, at the base of the majestic Glen Roy valley.

In Glen Roy, the River Roy flows in its rocky rout, surrounded by narrow strips of woodland, and the “parallel roads” carved on the hill’s slopes, remnants of Glacial forces of ancient times.
