• Koh Phi Phi Don Island

The inhabited Koh Phi Phi Don is home to Tonsai Village, the island’s only settlement and a tourist center and resort including modern facilities and various accommodation options, restaurants, bars, diving shops, travel agencies, and vibrant nightlife.
In Tonsai, a narrow land bridge connect the two parts of Phi Phi Don and the ferry pier where all the boat’s tours arrive. The village is vehicles’ free except for service motorbikes and luggage carts.
The Village is lively and chaotic with crowds of tourists walking around in its streets.
The atmosphere is young and party oriented, particularly at night when the famous fire shows, beach parties, and clubs draw crowds until dawn.
Visiting the island you will enjoy its outdoors including beach lounging and swimming, snorkeling and diving with day trips to surrounding sites, Kayaking, and hiking to viewpoints.
The beaches of the island are:

  • Tonsai Beach and Loh Dalum Beach
    Located on both sides of Tonsai Village these are the main swimming beaches, both sandy with clear water. The beaches that are usually crowded have restaurants, bars, and evening entertainment activities including fire shows.
  • Long Beach
    Ao Ton Sai is a long, tranquil beach south of Tonsai Village, accessible by 20 minute walking trail, or by boat. In the beach midrange bungalow’s based resorts, restaurants, and quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The Koh Phi Phi Don two Viewpoints are both above the Tonsai Village requiring steep climb of 20-30 minutes. The viewpoints offer beautiful panoramic views across the islands and surrounding seas, especially at sunrise and sunset.
