• Jorvik Viking Centre

A highly popular tourist attraction built on excavated area in York, part of Jorvik the Dane Viking city of the 10th century. In the museum a ride experience through state of the art galleries, where Viking city buildings, people figure, sights, sounds, and smells are on display.
Part of the display is a collection of more than 1,000 artifacts of the Vikings legacy including pottery, metalwork and bones, woodwork, leather, and textiles, all were excavated on site.
