Start your visit strolling the picturesque small village and harbor and enter the palace and gardens for the grand experience.

In Palazzo Borromeo’ 1st floor you will find guest rooms, studies and reception halls decorated with paintings part of the Borromeo collection.

Among the paintings on display are those by Rubens, Titian, Veronese, Van Dyck, and others.
Enjoy Flemish tapestries, sculptures by Antonio Canova, musical instruments, and overall rich decorated interior.

In the palace center you will admire a round hall with a domed ceiling, a large hall surrounded by Corinthian columns, statues and beautifully decorated walls and ceilings.

The palace’s Baroque Garden, the gem in the crown, is designed around large Pyramid shaped structure with descending terraces all the way to the lake.
In the garden, multi-colored flowers and 2,000 species of exotic plants, sculptures, water features, and peacocks running free.
