Foz da Ribeira do Faial is a small pebble beach with a natural pool, 7 km southeast of the town of Santana. Also in Faial, a leisure complex, Complexo Balnear, which include saltwater pool and a sunbathing area, playgrounds, karting track, and a bathing complex. While in the small village admire the geological structures formed by the lava flows, the sea cliffs, and the surrounding green mountains.
