Asiatique occupies a beautifully restored complex of riverside warehouses on the Chao Phraya River, 5 km south of the Old City. The magnificent brick warehouse buildings have been converted into a shopping and restaurant complex combining boutique shops, artisan stalls, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. The complex is a charming
shopping and dining destination, best visited in the evening, when the riverside setting offer relaxed environment. Free shuttle boats run from Tha Sathon pier near the BTS Saphan Taksin station. Several good Thai restaurants with river views make Asiatique an excellent dinner destination.
