• The Anne Frank House

A canal house and museum dedicated to the WW2 Jewish diarist Anne Frank, located on the Prinsengracht canal in central Amsterdam. Anne Frank hid from Nazi persecution in this house during World War II with her family and four other people. She did not survive the war, but her diary which was written during her hide in the house was published after the war.

The highly popular museum preserves her hiding place and presents her life in the house during the war. Try to purchase the entry tickets online and ahead of time to avoid the long lines.
