Charming Andalusian town, with numerous churches, convents, and palaces, 56 km north of Malaga. In Antequera visit the unique Megalithic burial Dolmens of Menga, Viera, and El Romeral, dated to 3,500 BC and 1,800 BC respectively. The town is 30 km northeast of the lake region of El Chorro and the highly popular El Caminito Del Rey trail.
