The capital city of Sicily is a vibrant and lively city built on the slopes of Monte Pellegrino with a beautiful harbor below.
Palermo combines Bazar like markets, baroque churches, grand palaces, rich culture and unique local gastronomy experience.
The city is located in the northwest of the Sicilian Island, surrounded by mountains on one side and the Tyrrhenian Sea coast on the other.

The 2,700 years old city was founded by the Phoenicians, to be followed by the Greeks, Roman, Spanish, Arabs, and Normans, all having left their influence on the city architecture.
