Florence’s major gallery at the corner of Piazza della Signoria in the 16th century Palazzo degli Uffizi, considered one of the finest and most important art museums in the world.

The Museum is home to more than 100 rooms in two U shaped floors where the gallery’s main highlights are on the 2nd floor.
In the museum the largest collection of Italian Renaissance art donated to the city of Florence by the Medici family in the 18th century.

Enjoy a vast collection of international, Italian, and Florentine art, from ancient Greek sculptures through to 18th century Venetian paintings and recent Temporary Art.
In the gallery works by Botticelli (Rooms # 10 to 14), Michelangelo (room #41), Leonardo da Vinci (room #35), Raphael (room #41), Caravaggio (rooms 96, 97), Rembrandt, Rubens, and Van Dyck (room #99), and that’s just naming a few.

Plan at least 2-4 hours visit in the gallery, and preferably purchase tickets in advance to avoid the long line.
