  • Other formations to admire in the coastline between Carvoeiro and Albufeira are the impressive Paradise Cave in Praia dos Tres Castelos west of Carvoeiro, the two impressive rock arches in the Marinha beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, the impressive Gruta do Capitao, east of Marinha Beach, and many others.

The best way to explore the coastline and to admire the impressive attractions is by boat or Kayak tours leaving from each of the Algarve Resort towns’ marinas, from Lagos in the western part of Algarve Region all the way to Tavita in the far east of the region.
