• The Palace of Mon Repos

A 19th century villa home to the British Governors of the island, 3 km south of Corfu in the forest of Palaeopolis. The Palace is home to the Museum of Paleopolis with its collection of local archeological findings, historical documents, 19th century furniture and artifacts, and more. The Paleopolis at the Mono Repos grounds includes the Agora of the ancient city of Corfu with the ground level remains of several public buildings, sanctuaries, workshops, and houses. Stroll in the beautiful gardens, enjoy the great landscapes, and walk through the forest towards the small dock on the sea.
