• Pedio Areos

The largest public park in Athens, 4 km north of the city center near the Archaeological Museum. The park is enclosed by Mavromateon, Evelpidon, and Pringiponisson streets and Alexandras Avenue. In the park a large fountain at its center, two churches, a playground, and an open theatre. The park is the locals favorite for outdoor leisure activities, walking, jogging, cycling, and more.
