• Stolzenfels Castel

Schloss Stolzenfels is a 13th century Medieval castle rebuilt and renovated in the 19th century in a Neo Gothic style, on a hill above the city of Koblenz,  7 km south of the old city center. The castle was built by the Prussian crown prince to serve the royal family as a summer residence palace. The castle is considered he crown jewel of Rhine Romanticism, with its exquisite architecture and the finest interior design.
Visit the castle which serves as a museum, admire the Large and Small Knights’ Halls with their beautiful frescoes covered walls, paintings, and period furnishing. Explore the castle two towers and the residential rooms, and stroll in the castle gardens. From the roof terrace on the castle church enjoy the overwhelming landscapes of the river. The winding uphill path to the castle through the gardens is a beautiful experience by itself.
