• The Black Forest Open Air Museum

The Schwarzwälder Freilichtmuseum Vogtsbauernhof is a museum near the entrance to the Triberg Waterfall, home to displays of the history, culture and way of life in the Black Forest throughout the centuries. Traditional customs, unique traditions, the region’s mining history, and local handcrafts including Cuckoo Clocks, are all beautifully presented. The museum is housed in six farmhouses dated to the 16th through to the 19th centuries brought in from various areas in the Black Forest.
