The Dim River flows from the Taurus Mountains to the Mediterranean at Dosmur Beach, 8 km east of Alanya. It’s a leisure area where you can swim and sunbath, waterslide, and enjoy waterfalls, fishing, playgrounds for children, and the numerous restaurants and attractions along its banks.
On the way to Dimcay you can visit the beautiful Dim Cave, a 360 meters long stalactite and stalagmites cave, or the majestic Dim Dam offering beautiful view of the lower valley. From Akköprü, upstream from Dim Dam enjoy a 5 km rafting on the river. To reach the river using public transportation, take a taxi, a #10 bus to Dimcay, a bus to Tosmur and from there to Dimcay, or a free bus from Palm Beach at Cleopatra Beach, to Pinarbasi Dimcay Restaurant.
