• Stirling Castle

A 15th century castle, one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland, home to Several Scottish Kings and Queens. The castle is located on top of Castle Hill, above the river Forth, surrounded on three sides by steep cliffs. Visit the impressive and large banqueting hall built for James IV, with five enormous fireplaces, galleries for musicians and Gold rendered walls. The Royal Palace magnificent rooms and bedrooms were restored to present the Renaissance rich decor and furnishings of the childhood home of Mary Queen of Scots.

Enjoy the beautiful tapestries and the art treasures, the Royal Chapel, the Great Kitchens, and the Palace Vaults home to interactive exhibitions for younger visitors.
