The north coast at <strong>Haad Salad<\/strong>, <strong>Haad Yao<\/strong>, et <strong>Chaloklum<\/strong>, balances development with tranquility while hosting the wellness community.<br \/>\nThe western coast is less developed with rougher roads, and isolated beaches requiring boat access, motorbiking, or dirt tracks.<br \/>\nThong Sala, Koh Phangan&#8217;s main town, serves mainly as a services hub and not as a tourist\u2019s attraction.<br \/>\nKoh Phangan is significantly less developed than Koh Samui or Phuket, appealing to those looking for less polished, more adventurous island experience.<br \/>\nThe island\u2019s <strong>party scene<\/strong> is famous for its Full Moon Parties held every month on the night of the full moon at the southern <strong>Haad Rin Beach<\/strong> which transforms into a massive beach rave attracting 10,000-30,000 participants. The wellness communities attract practitioners alongside spiritual and wellness tourists.<br \/>\nWhile in the island visit beautiful waterfalls such as <strong>Than Sadet Waterfall <\/strong>et <strong>Than Sadet<\/strong> waterfall and enjoy magnificent viewpoints scenery such as in <strong>Khao Ra Viewpoint <\/strong>et<strong> Secret Mountain viewpoint.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Koh Phangan has some moderate snorkeling sites in the northern tip, in <strong>Bottle Beach, <\/strong>et dans<strong> Haad Salad. <\/strong>For better snorkeling and diving take boat day trips to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thetjoy.com\/fr\/city\/koh-tao\/\">Koh Tao<\/a>. <\/strong>Sea kayaking is also available on some of the island\u2019s beaches.<br \/>\nTraveling in the island use Songthaews, shared trucks, the most common Motorbikes, or expensive taxis. Boat taxis are used to travel between some beaches.<br \/>\nVisit Koh Phangan Island for 2-3 days enjoying a beach party, or for more days spending your beach vacation on the island.
