The town has a peaceful ambience, cobbled narrow alleys all leading up to the castle and cathedral at the top of the hill, medieval mansions, and cultural sights. The old town is protected by 25 meter high surrounding walls with seven bastions.<\/p>\n<p>Visit Pla\u00e7a de la Catedral de Santa Maria, the Ibiza 14<sup>e<\/sup> century coloured Cathedral combining Catalan Gothic with Baroque renovations.
