The best multi-day trek is the Ruta de Pedra en Seco<\/strong> (Dry Stone Route). It\u2019s an epic 150 km pass through the Tramuntana in the southwest. For an alpine-style ascent, hike up to 1367m Puig de Massanella for magnificent views of the Sierra de Tramuntana<\/strong><\/a>. Half-day favourites are the 8 km round hike from Soller<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 Mirador de Ses Barques<\/strong> lookout, and returning via the hill village of Fornalutx<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Another beautiful hike is the famous\u00a0Barranc de Biniaraix<\/strong> trail on the western part of Sierra de Tramuntana<\/strong><\/a> pr\u00e8s de Soller<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

On the west coast off the Ma 10<\/strong>, a hike to one of the best sunset viewpoints. Start at Son Marroig<\/strong><\/a>, continue to Sa Fordada<\/strong> through olive groves and cliffs dotted with caves, and back to Son Marroig<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Torrent de Pareis<\/strong> pr\u00e8s de Sa Calobra<\/strong><\/a> beach and the steep cliffs of Sierra\u00a0 de Tramuntana<\/strong><\/a>. This 3 km trail along the Torrent de Pareis<\/strong> canyon is one of the most beautiful trails in Majorca. Every year during the first week of July, an\u00a0Open-Air Concert<\/strong> takes place at the Torrent de Pareis. The access to the canyon and trail is via the road to Sa Calobra or by boat from the port of Soller.<\/p>\n\n
