Stroll the old town narrow streets and relax with great Tapas dishes at Plaza De La Asuncion.<br \/>\nWhile in the square enjoy the view of the two most beautiful buildings of Jerez, the 16<sup>e<\/sup> century Renaissance Antiguo Cabildo, the former town hall, and the 15<sup>e<\/sup> century Iglesia Dionisio with its Gothic-Mudejar exterior and 18<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0century Baroque interior. Visit the 11<sup>e<\/sup> century Alcazar Fortress, its defensive walls and watchtowers, the onsite mosque and the Arabic baths building, and continue to the Jerez 18<sup>e<\/sup> century San Salvador Cathedral.<br \/>\nTo absorb some local culture visit the Andalusian Centre of Flamenco, a Museum located within a beautiful 15<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0century mansion, presenting artworks by local artists\u00a0and the flamenco traditions of Jerez and Andalusia. Jerez is the heart of Andalusian horse culture. Visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and enjoy the fantastic equestrian horse\u2019s dance.<br \/>\nBe sure to visit one of the famous wine cellars (Bodega) of the town&#8217;s famous Sherry and Brandy, such as Tio Pepe Bodegas or Bodegas Tradici\u00f3n, learning about the production process while enjoying the great tastes.
