In the valley enjoy the flora-rich green secluded valley, streams, waterfalls, wild orchids, and great scenery. In the valley there is a network of hiking trails of various length, with the two major ones being the circular lower trail (sentiero basso), and the 11 kilometers challenging upper trail (sentiero alto) which ascends from Amalfi to the village of Pogerola.
