The village is 56 km northwest of Lucca and 18 km east of the A12 coastal highway leading north to Cinque Terra. Consider two hours tour of the cave, in 8 degrees Celsius temperature, hence be sure to dress accordingly. You can reach the Antro cave using a shuttle bus from the main parking lot in the village.
