The beautiful basilica facade is of the 13<sup>e<\/sup> and 14<sup>e<\/sup> centuries, decorated with golden mosaic representing the Ascension of Christ the Saver. The basin is decorated with the Story of Moses, panels presenting The Good Shepherd and the Six Prophets, and a sculpture representing the months of the year and the apostles. In the entrance, high on the wall, there are two 15<sup>e<\/sup> century Terra Cotta Lunettes of the Annunciation and St. Bartholomew. More in the basilica 16<sup>e<\/sup> century frescoes by Aspertini in the Chapel of the Cross, and the Death of St. Anna by B.
