There are few traditional and authentic villages worth visiting to fully absorb the local traditions, culture and way of life.
\nExplore the small, quaint villages of Kaminaki and Kalami on the Pantokrator northeastern coast, and the nearby mountainous villages located on the slopes of Mount Pantokrator, Sinies, Spartilas, and Strinilas. Nearby, visit the abandoned Medieval village of Peritheia which is gradually restored to fully reflect the traditional culture and way of life in the middle ages. Near the northwestern coast visit the villages of Afionas and Lakones near the La forteresse d'Angelokastro<\/strong><\/a>, and on the southcentral region visit the villages of Stavros and Agioi Deka near\u00a0Benitses.<\/p>\n\n
