The Catholic religious complex is in the city of St. Gallen in Switzerland, 58 km southwest of Lindau. The Abbey&#8217;s impressive library is one of the oldest monastic libraries in the world, home to a highly comprehensive collections of early Medieval books some more than 1000 years old.<br \/>\nThe Rococo style interior of the library building includes impressive wood carvings, and stucco paintings.
