A fascinating Geothermal field home to many hot springs and fumaroles, on the Namafjall Mountain. The field is right off the Ring Road, 5 km east of Lake Myvatn\u2019 northern tip, 160 km northwest of Egilsstadir.
\nYou will be fascinated by the bubbling hot springs phenomenon, and the magnificent colors of red, orange, yellow\u00a0and green that dye the field and the bubbling springs, along with the intense smells of Sulphur.
