The largest lake in Italy, near Verona and Venice in the South, and the Dolomites Mountains in the north, La Garda Lake region offers many attractions for all types of travelers.

On the shores of the lake you will find historic Medieval small towns and villages, olive groves and citrus orchards, vineyards (Valpolicella, Soave and Bardolino), mountains and waterfalls.

The towns which operate Open Markets are Bardolino, Desenzano, Tori del Benaco, Lazise, Malcesine, Soiano del Lago, Sirmione, Paschiera del Garda, and others.
Once in a specific town check the schedule of the nearby Open Market.

The weather around the lake is considered mild with the best period to visit would be in May through October.

Access La Garda Lake coming from Milan in the west, Venice from the east or from the southern parts of Italy.
