Würzburger Dom is an 11th century Roman Catholic cathedral in Wurzburg old town serving as the seat and burial grounds of the Bishops of Würzburg. The cathedral has beautifully restored interior including a series of bishop’s tombs including the monumental 16th century effigies made by Tilman Riemenschneider, and the Schonborn Chapel made by Balthasar Neumann and Maximilian von Welsch.
