• The Neue Burg (New Palace)

Separated and relatively new palace wing at Heldenplatz square with its extraordinary interior architecture, design, and decorations. The new palace is home to various collections including the Ephesos Museum of ancient Greek and Roman artifacts, the Weltmuseum and its art displays of various world cultures, and the Imperial Armory and its Medieval armor and weaponry collection. Also in the palace historical musical instruments collection and the Austrian National Library.
The Austrian National Library include the 18th century State Baroque Hall, one of the most beautiful library halls in the world, magnificently decorated with frescoes and home to more than 200,000 book volumes. The library collection includes one of the largest collections of Martin Luther’s writings from the Reformation Era, two unique Venetian baroque globes, and many more interesting and unique items.
