• The Natural History Museum Vienna

The Naturhistorisches Museum Wien is one of the most important natural history museums in the world, home to 39 exhibition rooms and more than 100,000 items on display. The museum is facing the Museum of Fine Arts of identical exterior. A 65 meters Dome is crowning the museum roof with a huge bronze statue of the Greek sun god Helios, and numerous sculptures and statues are positioned around the museum.
The museum mezzanine floor is decorated with more than 100 oil paintings and illustrations complementing the objects displayed in the halls. The museum is famous for its Dinosaur exhibits, the world’s largest exhibit of meteorites, and its displays of the origins of the humankind and its cultural evolution from prehistoric times. Part of the museum is a digital Planetarium with full dome projection.
