• The Buen Retiro Park

It’s a beautiful and popular park with origins at the 17th century, with its main entrance at Plaza de Independencia near the Botanical Gardens. In the park various theme gardens, a beautiful lake at the center, and few fountains. Also part of the park are the 19th century Palacio de Cristal home to Contemporary Art exhibitions, Teatro de Títeres, the children’s puppet theatre, the Astronomical, and outdoor cafes.
