• St. Giles’ Cathedral

The 12th century St. Giles Cathedral was the church of John Knox during the Reformation, referred to as the ‘Cradle of Presbyterianism. The beautiful church is on the historic Royal Mile, halfway between Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

In the church enjoy the beautiful stained-glass windows, the impressive Rieger organ, and the famous Robert Lorimer’s Thistle Chapel, home of the Knights of the Order of the Thistle.
