• Ponte Vecchio

A beautiful bridge over the Arno River, connecting the historic center to the eastern part of the city and offering beautiful views of the river and city, especially at sunset. Rebuilt in the 14th century, it’s the only bridge that survived World War II with no harm. The bridge’s unique attractions are the small jewelry shops on both sides of the bridge and the Vasari’s elevated Corridor running above the bridge and connecting the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Pitti.
