Soho
Soho is a highly popular area known for its entertainment opportunities and vibrant night life part of the West End and the City of Westminster. There are hundreds of restaurants in the area, pubs, stores, coffee shops, and theaters. Part of Soho is Chinatown, centered in Gerrard Street, and together with Lisle Street and Little Newport Street is home to Chinese souvenir shops, restaurants, bakeries, and more. Also in Soho, Old Compton Street, the center of London’s main gay village, with services oriented for the gay community.

Covent Garden
Known for its central square and street performers the district is in the West End east of Soho, between St Martin’s Lane and Drury Lane. The area is a popular shopping and tourist attraction home to the Royal Opera House, London Transport Museum, and Somerset House. Stroll around the Covent Garden Market stalls, and the high-end shops in and around the iconic Market Building right by the central square.

Covent Garden is within walking distance of Soho, the Thames, and Trafalgar Square.
