• Lindos

Lindos is one of the most beautiful fishing villages in Rhodes, 48 km south of the town of Rhodes on the east coast.

The village is a lively, vehicles free, presenting whitewashed houses, Byzantine churches, cobbled narrow alleys, cafes, restaurants, and small shops.

Near the village enjoy the highly popular Lindos Beach offering great facilities and local taverns, the Vlycha Beach popular with families, the small and tranquil Pefki Beach, and the Saint Paul’s Bay private beaches offering great views of the Lindos Acropolis.

The Acropolis of Lindos, surrounded by fortified walls, was rebuilt by the Knights of Rhodes in the Middle Ages, on a rock above the village and sea. The Acropolis ruins include an Amphitheatre, a 300 BC Doric Temple of Athena Lindia, 300 AD Roman temple, a 14th century Castle of the Knights of St John, and more. From the Acropolis enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the village and the Aegean Sea coastline.
