Djupivogur is a small village and an exit harbor to Pappey Island, 100 km northeast of Hofn on the Ring Road.
A short boat ride, in June through to August, will take you to the small two square km island home to full time residents from the 10th to the 20th centuries. In the island you will enjoy the well-preserved houses and the beautiful Puffins and other bird species that have made this Island there home.
