The London residence and administrative headquarters of the UK monarch in the City of Westminster since 1837. The palace is used for official events and receptions held by the King. The palace State Rooms are open to visitors, each with beautiful and extravagant furniture, paintings, and artifacts, including many of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection.

Explore the Throne Room, the arch and canopy, the various throne chairs, and the Paintings Gallery. In the gallery there are some of the greatest paintings in the Royal Collection including works by Titian, Rembrandt, Rubens, Van Dyck and many others.

Visit the Ball Room, the King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra thrones, the Grand Staircase, and much more. The Palace Garden includes large loan, herbaceous border, a summer house, rose garden, and more. The Buckingham Palace state rooms are open to visitors every summer, and partially in the winter months. The palace garden can be visited in daytime.
